I have over a decade of experience in hospitality management, having originally intended to pursue a career as a professional dancer before life redirected my path. That early shift taught me resilience, discipline, and the ability to adapt quickly — qualities that have shaped my leadership style ever since.

My hospitality career has taken me across the globe, from the hotels of London to the mountains of Kazbegi and the beaches of Sydney. Working in diverse markets required agility — understanding different guest expectations, commercial landscapes, and cultural nuances — and consistently delivering results in each environment.

When a global event brought the hotel and travel sector to a halt, I saw it not as a setback, but as an opportunity to pivot. I transitioned into commercial real estate, applying my hospitality mindset to activate and reposition buildings and communities during an uncertain time. I focused on engagement, experience, and commercial outcomes — proving that strong fundamentals translate across industries.

Most recently, I’ve been working within the SaaS space supporting the wine industry, stepping into a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment. This has sharpened my skills in data, technology, and scalable commercial strategy, while reinforcing my ability to learn quickly, contribute meaningfully, and lead through change.

Throughout every shift, one constant has remained: a people-first, commercially grounded approach. Hospitality sits at the heart of my career — and my resilience and adaptability have allowed me to grow beyond it while continually strengthening the value I bring back to it.
